Description

The Certified Institutional Protection Manager Level II (CIPM II) Program offers the advanced level of management certification, and requires completion of the CIPM level one program as a prerequisite.

CIPM II is designed for manager and supervisors, as well as executives and administrators of a cultural or related institution.

CIPM II certification is the next step in IFCPP's industry recognized CIPM program, offering qualified managers the opportunity to further advance their cultural property protection knowledge. Graduates attain the highest designation in the field, joining the ranks of leading professionals across the globe.

The CIPM II program requires completion of the CIPM level-one program as a pre-requisite. Additionally, level-one certification must be up-to-date prior to level-two course enrollment.

IFCPP's other requirements for CIPM II certification include active membership, institutional protection experience, evidence of a clear criminal history, final approval by the IFCPP Certification Team.

All CIPM II certification candidates are required to submit certification paperwork to complete program eligibility. If the candidate has completed CIPM in the past year and therefore has already completed said paperwork it does not need to be submitted again. The background and release forms allow us to conduct a criminal history only. Criminal convictions may prevent candidates from being eligible for certification. Personal information will be kept strictly confidential.
